Students from Renton Technical College’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Application Development will demonstrate their work at the Student Capstone Showcase on June 18, 2018. Seniors in the capstone course independently develop a web or mobile application that addresses a business need. Throughout the course, they define project scope, create workable project plans, and manage their product with quality, budget, and schedule in mind. Some of this year’s projects include desktop games, e-commerce apps, an IoT streaming app, and a research project on the use of GitHub.
Industry representatives are invited to attend the Showcase and provide feedback on student work.
